Bob is a graduate of Villanova University and the University of Hartford, where he received his M.S. in Organizational Behavior. Prior to forming DeLisaGroup in 1977, Bob spent his early work career starting up and managing several successful ventures in retail, sales and advertising businesses.
Kelly is a graduate of the State University of New York at Binghamton and completed her M.B.A. at the University of Connecticut. She has designed and conducted numerous training programs, workshops and group facilitations on the subjects of leadership, management, recruiting, retention, performance planning, conflict management, coaching, change management, assertiveness, and team building.
