Job Description
Technical Manufacturing Corporation is a growing small Connecticut-based contract electronics
manufacturing company that has been providing advanced high reliability printed circuit board and circuit
card assemblies to our customers nationwide for over thirty years. We are currently seeking a fulltime Quality Control Manager to lead our Quality Control department, which includes but is not limited to:
 
1. Responsibility of overall product quality by supervising inspection personnel;
 
2. Interfacing with customers to ensure customer satisfaction, monitoring metrics, goals and key
performance indicators (KPI) to quantify the operation and performance of the Quality Management
System;
 
3. Capturing and performing statistical data analysis for process control, performing corrective &
preventive actions, continuous improvements and risk management activities;
 
4. Compiling quality control reports for management and customer review;
 
5. Processing nonconforming material;
 
6. Sitting on the Material Review Board (MRB); and
 
7. Providing periodic training and performing internal process auditing across the company.
 
The qualified individual will have at least 3+ years experience in Quality Control techniques and methods
and be comfortable working in a team-based and ISO9001+AS9100 certified & NADCAP AC7120
accredited aerospace & defense electronics manufacturing environment. Should be familiar with (and
preferably certified as a CIS or CIT with lead auditor training & experience) to IPC J-STD-001, IPC-600,
IPC-610 and IPC-7711/7721 specifications for CLASS 3 and SPACE addendum build requirements along
with an understanding of AS9102 FAI reporting and process auditing. The qualified individual must have:
